Considered a more flavourful cut than other steaks, its marbling of fat favours slower cooking. We recommend a medium cook (GLUTEN FREE)

 

7oz Fillet Steak - £24.95

Cut from the smaller end of the tenderloin, it is the most tender cut and considered the most desirable. A steak favouring less cooking. We recommend a medium rare cook  (GLUTEN FREE)

 

8oz Rump Steak - £15.95

A lean cut with little fat, the steak cooks well to all preferences from blue right through to well done (GLUTEN FREE)
